There is a McElfish family legend about how hooded figures appear in our dreams or as apparitions before matters of significant change or great harm to a family member. These figures are also said to be bringers of vengeance to those who have done some form of ill will towards us. There is in fact, a trail of eerie coincedences to support that it may be true. Whether they are ancestors, guardian angels or something sinister I don’t know, but I really do believe something is watching over us.
